2. General
We process personal data only where necessary to provide a functional website and to respond to your enquiries, or where you have consented. Analytics and marketing services (Google Tag Manager) load only after your explicit consent via the cookie notice.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany). Technically necessary server log files (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type, operating system, referrer URL) are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in secure, stable delivery (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place.
4. Content Delivery Network (Cloudflare)
We use Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) as DNS provider and CDN. Cloudflare processes technical connection data (incl. IP address) to deliver the site quickly and securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses also apply.
5. Cookies and consent
Technically necessary cookies are set on the basis of § 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. For all non-essential services we obtain your consent via a consent banner (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Your choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage key „wf-consent“). You can withdraw consent at any time with future effect by clearing the site data in your browser.
6. Google Tag Manager, reach measurement and advertising
After your consent we load Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The Tag Manager itself does not create profiles and does not set cookies; it loads the services listed below. Without consent it is not loaded. The legal basis for all processing described here is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG), which you can withdraw at any time with future effect.
Google Analytics 4. A web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited. It analyses the use of this website (incl. pages visited, approximate origin, device and browser data, truncated IP address) and sets cookies for this purpose, including "_ga" and "_ga_<property ID>", each with a lifetime of up to two years.
Google Ads (remarketing). When a page is loaded, a Google Ads remarketing tag is also triggered. It transmits an identifier to Google so that we can show you advertising for our services on third-party websites and build audiences for advertising campaigns.
Google Ireland Limited acts as our processor for this processing (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may be transferred to Google servers, including in third countries (USA); Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses apply in addition. 7. Contact form and email
If you contact us via the form or by email, we process the details submitted (name, email address, optionally company, budget range and message) solely to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). For spam protection we also store the IP address and time of submission. Data is deleted once no longer required and no statutory retention periods apply.
Spam protection with Cloudflare Turnstile. To protect our forms (contact, AI calculator) against automated submissions we use Turnstile, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. As soon as you select a form field, a script is loaded from challenges.cloudflare.com. In doing so your IP address, information about your browser and device and your behaviour on the page are transmitted to Cloudflare and evaluated there to distinguish whether the input comes from a human or a program. When you submit, we verify the result server-side with Cloudflare. According to the provider, Turnstile sets no advertising cookies and does not create a cross-site user profile. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and keeping our forms operational (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For the transfer to the USA, Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses apply in addition. Further information can be found in Cloudflare's privacy policy. If you do not fill in a form, Turnstile is not loaded.
8. Newsletter
For the newsletter we use the double opt-in procedure. We store your email address, sign-up and confirmation time and IP address as proof of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.
9. Fonts
This website uses locally hosted fonts. No connections to Google Fonts or other external font providers are made.
10. Embedded videos (YouTube)
An optional video is loaded only after you actively click „Watch film“, then embedded via youtube-nocookie.com (Google Ireland Limited) in extended privacy mode. Data is transmitted to YouTube only upon that click (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
11. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information).
